Who is this for?
This is an ideal opportunity for soon-to-be-weds or newlyweds to capture their
special time in the quiet tranquility of our studio, away from all the noise
and rushing that surrounds the wedding day itself. It’s an opportunity
for you (and partner) to be adventurous and try something new and exciting.
Is a photo session right for me?
Yes, if you want a unique art gift for your husband, lover, someone special
in your life or simply for yourself. Perhaps you want to preserve your love
for each other, or you’ve always wanted to be photographed but never dared
before. It could be a truly special wedding gift to each other or even a wedding
present to you from your friends or family.
Is my confidentiality guaranteed?
We will respect your privacy and will protect your interests. Your images will
never be shown, re-used in any way or sold to a third party. The image files
can be securely archived for your future reference or destroyed if you request
this.
What is the Booking Process?

We will confirm the price with you and generate a confirmation of booking form
that will be sent to you either electronically or in the post – whichever
is most convenient for you.
All enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.
What are the steps to commissioning my piece of art?
Step 1: Lets talk and discuss your ideas...
Step 2: Photo shoot with an immediate preview of your images
on screen.
Step 3: View your best images online and choose your favourite.
Step 4: We turn your favourite photo into a unique digital
painting.
Step 5: Final artwork printed onto 100% cotton canvas that’s
stretched and hand crafted to finish.
What will my investment in art cost?
Your photographic session, the digital artistry and the final canvas print will
cost from as little as £650 - amazing value for a unique work of art.
Prices vary if you have special requirements but we will discuss this with you
when you contact us.
What’s included in my photo session?
• A two hour photographic session at our studio in South Oxfordshire.
• Professional make up artist at your service.
• Online viewing and selection of your favourite image from a minimum
of 10 uploaded images.
• Digital painting by a qualified digital artist.
• Your Fine Art Canvas Print: Using the highest quality archival canvas
and inks lasting 75 years or more, your fine art quality print is beautifully
stretched over a deep wooden frame, hand crafted and made ready for hanging.
• Tea, coffee or something stronger if you prefer to bring your own tipple
along! (If you're not driving).
• VAT is not applicable and Postage and Packaging is free of charge.
What should I bring with me?
A sense of fun always works well! In terms of props, just about any garment
or prop can be hired or purchased on your behalf to enhance your photo session,
or you can bring your own or select from our wide range of props in the studio.
Do I have to pay for everything up front?
No. It is our policy to spread the cost for you as follows:
40% deposit payable on booking confirmation.
30% payable on the day of your photo session.
The 30% balance is due at the time you choose your favourite photo to be turned
into a masterpiece.
How can I pay?
We can accept payment by cash, or credit or debit cards via Paypal. We regret
that we cannot accept cheques.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured as required by UK law.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations or postponements must be notified to us no later than 7 days prior
to the booked time or they will be considered ‘no-show’ cancellations.
‘No-show’ cancellations: Our time and any direct expenses already
incurred on your booking will be deducted from your deposit and the balance
returned to you.
Is there any guarantee?
The canvases are of archival quality to last for many years and the quality
of our products is assured by our supplier with a money back guarantee. This
means you are assured your art piece will have the highest standard of finish
to it.
